This is a nice timely display (with the author being in court), and the use of space here is really well used. I like the additional information available as well. Topic is timely and addresses a current issue in the news. Only problem here might be that the topic is to narrow.

I liked this display very much, especially that it doesn't reveal all its secrets right away. The use of the baroque picture frames, and the pictures chosen were well suited to the topic.

Clever use of opening panels to draw the viewer into the display. However, I was frustrated to find the miniscule print in the reviews window.
My biggest problem was the topic - do we really need to promote a book that has been on the bestseller list for over a year - much less promote the movie (the studio seems able to handle this just fine). There was a bit at the bottom about other books by this author but that seemed to be an afterthought, almost a distraction to the point of the display.

This is a great display. Even if patrons didn't stand and read everything on the board (I didn't), they would probably still walk away remembering what it was about. The point of these displays is to get people into the library and checking things out isn't is? Who said it was promoting anything?
